Refund Policy

Insurance Market, a unit of Jujus Enterprises (P) Ltd., has created this refunds policy to describe the circumstances when insurancemarket will issue a refund, the process for claiming a refund against a service and the liabilities of insurancemarket related to transactions ending in a refund claim.
By registering for any of insurancemarket services, you are stating that you have read and accept all of the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

Coverage and Scope:

This refund policy covers the treatment of refunds by insurancemarket and/or a website owned and operated by insurancemarket.
This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that insurancemarket does not own or control, or of persons that insurancemarket does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which insurancemarkets` website link.

Filing a Complaint

insurancemarket believes that every service starts with a satisfaction of service in mind. Therefore, all possible attempts of amicably working out a mutually acceptable solution should be a priority in case of an unsatisfactory service. Refund is a last resort that may be taken when things are absolutely not working out. Ultimately, our goal is to a reach a mutually satisfactory solution. If you are unsatisfied for any reason that has caused you to think about filing a refund claim, please spare a few minutes to write to us at info@insurancemarketonline.in to initiate a dialog before requesting a refund.


Refund claims should only be filed if we are unable to come to a mutually satisfactory solution.

Eligibility for Refund

insurancemarket takes every service very seriously and ensures that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, if the client is not happy with the outcome and has gone through the dispute resolution process, we do consider refund requests as per the following schedule which clearly lists the services and our refund policy related to each service.

For Individuals:

If the service has not been initiated, but amount has been received by us, then the full amount received would be refunded.
If the service has been initiated and is in process, but, client wishes to withdraw, then a proportional amount will be deducted for service completed and the balance refunded. The proportional amount depends on the percentage of service completed.
If the service has been duly completed, Eg. All papers filed with Insurance Company, then no refund will be paid.

For Corporates:

If the service has not been initiated, but amount has been received by us, then the full amount received would be refunded.
If the service has been initiated and is in process, but, client wishes to withdraw, then a proportional amount will be deducted for service completed and the balance refunded. The proportional amount depends on the percentage of service completed.
If the service has been duly completed, Eg. All papers filed with Insurance Company, then no refund will be paid.

For Members:

The membership is open to all persons who have attained the age to enter into a contract. The issues a member can raise is limited to 10 issues.
In cases where a member has been enrolled for 0- 15 days, but, has not availed of any services then the entire amount will be refunded.
In cases where a member has not raised any issues and would like to exit (as detailed below) then the refund would be on the following lines:
One month - 80%
Three months - 75%
Six months - 50%
More than six months - 25%
This percentage is subject to change as desired by the Board of Directors.
In cases where a member has raised issues then the amount will be adjusted proportionally according to the percentage of work completed. Eg. If a member has raised 3 issues and would like to exit then we would refund 70% of the membership amount. The refund would depend on the number of issues raised, and, the percentage of refund may vary from time to time which the user of the website has to check.

Changes:

insurancemarket may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. Please review this policy periodically. Your continued use of insurancemarket website after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed and mailed within 5 business days of the cancellation date and will be made using the same method of payment as the original (refund by check or refund to credit card).
